Why 2x10 warriors ? Makes it easier for your opponent to wipe them out. Why not one 20 warrior unit ? You only need three troop choices for a battalion. Also reduces your deployment count.

Why deathmarks ? Bad unit, overcosted, underpowered.

Why 2 night scythes ? Why not the deceiver ? You can redeploy before the first turn, also reduces your deployment count.

Instead of the anni barge i would bring a triarch stalker.

Why are tomb blades nephrekh ? They do advance 6", but they cant fire afterwards, because gauss is rapid fire. If you move them to the mephrit battalion they get better AP at half range.

You have no scarabs, remove the deathmarks and get some of them. Scarabs can take smites, protect your wraith, and hold objectives.

Your thoughts make definitely sense.
My list is more a reminiscence to the 6th and 7th editions where Necrons used to be stronger.
I've changed the list according to your suggestions.
However, all in all, I think Necrons are semi-competitive no matter how you configure the list.

Nightscythes be the same deployment count as you can drop your warriors on the tomb world with the same drop as the nightscythe. Otherwise all is good advice. And this doesnt really change that.
