I’d like to get some critiques and advice on this list.

-The guardians will webway strike. Not my primary killer, but I like the mobility and model count.
-I have I good bit of psychic support, but I’m a little unsure of which powers to give to which psycker. The spirit seer will travel in the serpent with with the wraithcannon guard since they need the support more. One farseer can delete units with execute and mind war(in combination with 2 hemlock debuffs), while the other supports. Which one should be the Skyrunner? Obviously getting doom on choice targets is important as well.
-Autarch Skyrunner is pretty standard. Can snipe characters and is decent on the charge
-war walkers are kind of throw-ins with the new points cuts, but I like their versatility
-shadow spectres are thrown in to fill detachment, but synergize with Alaitoc and I have the models
-I’m a wraithguard fan, but I’m wondering if 400 points is too much to spend on them?

Anyway, that’s what Ive come up with, but I’m unable to play test right now so any critiques are welcome. Thanks in advance!

I think you played 10 extra points for your wave serpent it should only be 147.

Your list seems a bit scattered and eldar lists need to have a lot of synergy. You have the alaitoc attribute but every unit in your army needs to get pretty close to your enemy so past turn 1 you probably won't gain an advantage from having it. I would bring ulthwe for the resilience of the 6+ fnp on the wraith units. I think I would drop the war walkers and your second farseer to bring 5 more wraith guard with cannons and deep strike them with your guardians

Oh yeah that 10 points is for vectored engines for -2 to hit first turn.

I see that. I feel like there’s a lot that can be done with the codex and I may be trying to do too much. I guess I just don’t want to get too focused and end up with a 25 model wraith army.

Naked? He's the one bit of weak sauce in the list. His guns are short range and he has h2h that is situational, like beating up a multi-wound, multi-model unit like Ogryn or Talos, which usually have invulns. He's likely to only to cause 9 wounds to a vehicle in one go of h2h, thus he's not great there. Maybe the W-lord is best against hive guard or similar bugs. With the ghostglaive he stands as more of a threat.

Without his own Invuln (there was a Doom of Mymeara last edition) W-lords don't pan out. Maybe another WarWalker?

Occasionally, I try a warlock Emboldening the farseer, then using Mindwar to character snipe the enemy's essential buffing character. I usually get one try and then the rest of my army nails that character anyway (wyches) or I'm getting clobbered and the farseer has to run away or die. I don't think Horrify and the Hemlock's bubble will really help do more than snuff one enemy character, nor more than 4 to 5 models using Executioner. When I work out the math, this seems to only yield 3 to 4 mortal wounds on characters, 4 to 5 on units.

Lessee:
Farseer has ld 9. Enemy characters usually start at ld 9 too, with -2 MShock Pod, and then another -1 for being Horrified, they're down to leadership 6. With both players rolling an average of 3.5, that will yield only 3 mortal wounds. I believe most character models in 40k start at 4 wounds, many having up to 6. Units usually have ld 8 to start so this isn't a big thump, really. If you spent points/energy on an Emboldening Warlock for the farseer, then you'd have a surer character snuffing mechanism, but it would be too many parts to work together, a Hemlock with Mindshock Pod (as I read it, only one smack of -2 for plural Hemoocks, so no stacking), a Warlock, a Hemlock's Horrify, and the farseer's cast. All that to take out one character, maybe an essential one, a 4+ Res Orb Necron Lord, Njal, or just getting rid of a Smash Captain, etc.

I'd recommend to have Doom and Guide for the biking 'seer Mind War and Fortune for the other. Yes, keep Mind War, but as a secondary choice, as it will still help knocking off the a softened buffing element of your enemy.

The warlord trait is kind of wasted when he only has short range guns. Far better to have him as an index autarch, armed with a Reaper Launcher. It'll will free up points if he's off the bike, too.

Coupled with Wave Serpents and the seer support, they'll do some heavy lifting. Keep them.

Almost all units of the elvish army are good (W-lord exception). You just have to play these elements with synergy.

Okay so definitely get him ghost glaive. I don’t like putting heavy weapons on him because I want him moving up the field with the rest of my army. The thought was either my opponent will be sending a lot of shots at a -1 to hit T8 target instead WG for example. Or ignore it and then they have a fresh WL in their lines late game.

For some reason I thought mindshock pods stacked. In that case, I can replace the drain hemlock with a hunter exarch. I’m thinking drop mind war then. Put doom and guide on the Skyrunner and executioner and fortune(guard or lord) on the foot seer. It would take a lot to make mind war work, especially if I’m adding a warlock as well just for that purpose.

Biggest problem I have with taking the autarch off the bike is mobility. I only have one WS in the list right now, which the spiritseer will be riding in. I think I’d have to drop a detachment to fit another WS in. Either walkers or spectres would have to go.

Double check in the various places, YMDC here on dakka, the FAQs & rules, and of course, your local TO. I could be wrong about the stacking.

Only one WaveS? Hmm. As durable as they are, one WaveS won't last. I misread and thought you had two, one for each of the WraithGuard units. As usual in 40k, 2 of something, vehicles, lasts a little more than the sum of their presence. Maybe the W-lord out for a second transport?

Consider the autarch with S-Hawk wings instead of the bike? That solves your mobility. Better yet, an index autarch with Warp Generator, 22 points less than a SkyRunner. He has access to a banshee mask, for which you use the codex listing, giving you an Overwatch canceling assault unit.

Okay I dropped 2 walkers(and therefore the spearhead), made the autarch on foot, gave the lord a glaive, and made 1 hemlock a crimson exarch with bright lances to add another WS. So spiritseer and autarch can each ride with WG in WSs.

So the only thing without speed is the lord, but I doubt they’ll be able to do much damage to it walking up, and will have bigger problems turn 2. Oh and both WG have cannons now. The biggest issue I see now is I only have the guardian bomb and WS’s for chaff clearing.

Do remember, he has cool options in the index. I imagine that a lot of warp spiders were dumped at 7e's end, so picking up one for cheap to be your autarch ought to be easy.

At 10 wounds (target-able), T7 and a 3+ save, he's not too resilient. I would think to Deep strike him, depending on the situation over the guardians, or both for the 3 CPs.

Good luck.
