This came out recently. It’s a fan film so it lacks the resources of a proper studio, but I was pleasantly surprised. Between this, Odyssey, and Bucketheads, it’s been a fun year for fan productions.

Saw this the other day, pretty good as SW fan films go. Visually striking and amazing attention to detail. My only gripe is that the Palpatine prosthetics/voice work wasn't nearly as good as what they did with Vader or the Clones, but you can't have everything, especially on this sort of production.

On the other hand...

Spoiler:

A disarmed Vader catching a wall of blaster fire then throwing it back is one of the coolest things I've ever seen...

And yeah, Bucketheads was pretty great too.

I watched this last night and was pleasantly surprised.

Some of the bits were a bit shonky... young Anakin weirded me out (but so did the original, so no change there...), a lot of the parts with Palpy McScrotumface were a bit iffy, but some of the parts had me convinced that good old 1983 Ian McDiarmid was playing the part!

I think that I'll give it another watch and look forward to seeing the next part.
