For Christmas I received an ork jet set, which can be assembled as a dakkajet, blitza bommer, burna bommer, or wazbom blastajet. I don't have any experience with plane models, so I was wondering if any fellow ork players had advice on which design I should build. I'm not very concerned with the overall point cost, just which one gets me the most bang for my buck (or should I say the most dakka for my teef ).

Magnets are the answer.

I second BaconCatBug: magnets are your best friends when it comes to build expensive models that can have multiple loadouts. If you're not interested in doing that the Dakkajet is the most reliable ork plane.

Put all the bits on it, add in extra bits from other model kits. Make it as Orky as possible then play it as whichever one you fancy in any particular game! As long as you make clear to your opponent what it is and what it does you should be ok.

Kind of, I think all the options are magnetizable except for the wazbom blasta jet, I think some of those bits are fairly unique to that model.

That being said, the only 2 of them are really worth using - the dakkajet and the wazbomb, and the dakka jet is easily better. The wazbomb is in ok-ish vehicle killer, but generally has low shots and bad BS, whereas the dakkajet is the opposite.

From my own experience, the dakka jet kit can make a good dakka jet and 1 of any of the other kits with ease via magnets, not all the kits.
