Beating marines will require some h2h fun, and depending on the missions you play, 'eldar gun line' is not likely to be a thing. Not when you don't have Dark Reapers in your list.
Have your model be a farseer on a bike, which is far better than moving an autarch up the field.
A conclave is not worth several little individuals running around. Take a Supreme Command detachment and exploit all those little buffs, Protect, Horrify, etc.
Those warlocks that you'll individualize will help the Shining Spears a lot. Quicken, Protect, Enhance and maybe Empower if the target is really high in Toughness, like an Imperial Knight!
Upgrade to the glaive, at least. Over all, W-lords are a weak unit in the otherwise, vast field of great units, in this codex. Their guns are short ranged, unless you pay for heavy weapons, and the W-lord is just too soft a target in the current meta. If you must, run him with just a glaive upgrade, maybe from the Webway. He has a small foot print and can likely Deep Strike easily for back field disruption, but it's situational.
Shuriken Cannons. Done.

Try for RareEarthMagnets in your construction to switch guns. It helps immensely.

Yes, 3 little ones are better than one troupe holding hands. Name them after flowers and assign powers. I found it psychologically helpful in defeating opponents when I ran many warlocks a few additions back, with models named "agapanthus" and "leonora" beating a bloodthirster ... yummy and satisfying to slake one's thirst on a blood thirster ... dying to flower named models.
