Do buffs/debuffs on a unit persist on a resuurecting unit?
In my last game a Doomed Knight was killed in the shooting phase. Command points were spent to bring it back on the table at the end of the shooting phase. Is it still doomed?

It is the same unit, not a new unit. I would say any effects on the unit persist.

Agreed. If it is explicitly the same unit then a buff/debuff that says it applies to that unit still applies until any condition for removing it is met.

You need to tell us what stratagem it is so we can look at the exact wording.
As per the rulebook FAQ, Rulebook FAQ wrote:Q: If you use a Stratagem to remove a model from the battlefield and set it up again, does the model retain any persistent effects (for example, a bonus to one of its characteristics as a result of an ability)?
A: No.
So if the model is literally removed then comes back, it loses Doom, if it just gets to shoot before being removed, it keeps Doom. What stratagem are you using?

IIRC, it's the Knight Strategem which lets you stand back up again with something like D3 wounds remaining.

Then yeah, it's ambiguous since the stratagem itself doesn't remove the model first.

Thank you for the replies!
It was indeed that knight stratagem. The knight does get removed from the table, as he only returns at the end of the phase.
