Just throwing this together for the LVO if I can get it painted. No experience in tournaments so have low expectations
Iyanden Battalion (just because it's painted that way and the psytronome) (+5 CP)
Spiritseer - psytronome 65
Warlock 55
5 rangers 60
5 Avengers - ex w glaive/sp 56 (if I can convert a dual shurican I will, currently don't have the model)
5 Avengers - ex w glaive/sp 56 (as above)
5 wraithblades 175
serpent, twin cannon, catapults 139
Alaitoc Spearhead (+1CP)
Farseer Skyrunner 132
2 Fire Prisms 314
1 Nightspinner 112 (wondering if 10 striking scorpions would be better)
3 shadow weavers 111
2 hemlocks 420
Soaring Spite Auxiliary detachment (-1CP)
6 Skyweavers, haywire, 5 glaives 300
5pts spare, enough for the dual cats on DAs or just a CTM on one Prism
I know it doesn't have a lot of boots on the ground (hence why I was thinking scorps might help) but does have decent firepower.

Given iyanden I would suggest a big blob of guardians instead of the night's spinner and a squad of avengers. Deepstrike for damage early or drop late for annoying objective holders ( hang on to a couple of cps for their 4++ a protect warlock makes them a nightmare to shift or a quick lock makes them able to position quickly.

Well, I wouldn't feel comfortable with this list as its too diverse in the number of unit types.
I'd focus the list a bit better:
3 Fire Prisms would be nice.
The Iyanden brick does not really feel like Iyanden.
I'd take Biel-Tan and focus on shuriken weapons.

OK, definitely agree with the Iyanden comment, and so I'll reconfigure my detachments accordingly. If painting falls too far behind, I'll just fall back onto a true Iyanen force with more wraith constructs.
So the force is currently still the same until I feel that it's not working for me in playtesting over the next few weeks. (First unit I would drop would be the Nightspinner). However, I really don't like the Craftworld warlord traits and getting the psytronome off is not going to be easy (and let's be honest, only really worth it if you have more constructs within 6".
Alaitoc battalion
Spiritseer 65
Warlock 55
5 Rangers 60
5 Rangers 60
5 Dire Avengers, glaive/sp 56
2 Prisms 314
1 Nightspinner 112
2 Hemlocks 420
Ulthwe Spearhead
Farseer skyrunner - Fate Reader, Phoenix Gem 132
3 Shadow Weavers 111
5 Wraithblades 175
Wave Serpent, twin cannon, cats 139
Soaring Spite Auxiliary Detachment
6 Skyweavers, haywire, 5 glaives 300 (-1CP)
1999pts
8 CPs, but chance to farm at start of each player turn due to Fate Reader
If painting does become an issue, I'll revert back to Iyanden, switch the wraithswords for wraithaxes (already painted), drop Nightspinner for wraithlord (also painted) and probably go for the Vigilus detachment for reroll charge warlord trait.

One thing to note is that the Spiritseer will need to be Ulthwe, if you want the Wraithblades to benefit from the aura, and if you want to deploy the Spiritseer in the Wave Serpent as well.

yeah, I realized that issue after writing it out. I think I'm going to stick with the Iyanden/Alaitoc theme and try to find a decent warlord trait, lol. For all the stink that eldar get with what they can do, their traits and relics are quite gak compared to many other codexes.

<--- Yes, this! Your wraithblades really ought to have axe&shield for durability and a far harder punch (better S and D3 damage) with Guide, of course, to compensate for unwieldy axes.
Paint? They can be pink with sparkles, unicorns and 7/11 logos. And usually, there is that one guy who brings a pink painted (with glitter) and daisies army. The last one, I recall was Space Marines with a Storm Raven, razorbacks and dudes.
Paint *is* an issue, in that each model must have 3 color minimum for FLGaming events. Unpainted models have been pulled from a past GT, but as that was over a year ago we, the ITC community, know to 'get-it-done'. 4 weeks ought to be enough time, eh?

I would never go to an event like this with unpainted minis, but I also don't want to rush paint what I have either. I probably wouldn't have Guide with the axe guard as I feel Fortune makes them really tank wounds. They can use the spiritseer aura to help with hits (especially the wraithsight strat)
