Small thing I've always been curious about, is it possible for me to run a Greater Blight drone from Forge world in a Death Guard detachment as a fast attack choice?
It says I can specify which legion it is from, so if I specify Death Guard are we all hunky dunky?

Yes, that's perfectly fine because it has the NURGLE keyword. https://whc-cdn.games-workshop.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/04/imperial_armour_index_forces_of_chaos.pdf FW FAQ wrote:Q: Are there any restrictions on which Legion I can choose when replacing the <Legion> Faction Keyword on datasheets within this book? A: Yes, as follows: [...] You can only choose for a unit to be from the Death Guard Legion if it has the Nurgle keyword, or if it has the <Mark of Chaos> keyword and you choose to replace that with Nurgle. You cannot choose for a Hellforged Rapier Battery, a Chaos Hellwright or a Chaos Hellwright on Dark Abeyant to be from the Death Guard.

Thank ye kind sir, I shall now have many flying horrible smelly things on the table at which to harass the many opponents I have

Oh, so you agree NURGLE is NURGLE now? Because that right there is proof.
