I'm working on a 2k list to assemble and paint.

I'm trying to stick to pure codex. The changes mean I had to kick out my old Runterds (no longer take up Elite slots) and buggies.

I'm largely looking for a check over to make sure I haven't overlooked anything or made any arithmetic errors.

That's the list! Coes it add up and does it fulfil all minimum requirements legitimately?

Fluff-wise, it is the story of a Goff Warboss that commissioned a set of Mega Armor. The Bigmek thought the warboss's aspirations were laughable so took the suit for himself, krumped the warboss and took control of the tribe. He then used the Tribe's resources to build a Stompa, which is how he keeps the warboss under his power.

Modelling-wise it is a mixed clan tribe.

Gameplay wise I understand it isn't very synergetic to mix up clans within an army, let alone a detachment.

Consequently, I'm open to suggestions on a unifying Clan trait that I could apply to the whole army?

Furthermore, I'd like to take suggestions on how I could distribute relics?

I'd drop the meks and killa kanz to min squads of kommandos and mek gunz instead, giving a big choppa to the nobz leading the trukk boyz squad.

The relic is quite easy, go for the killa klaw on you warboss.

You may go deathskulls, but in that case I'd suggest replacing the KFF big mek with a SAG one. Cheaper, more deadly and each model in the army would have a 6++. Pay those +2CPs to give the relic SAG from the vigilus book. Ignore this suggestion if you don't want to break the fluff.

You could also put a rokkit launcha in each boyz squad if you use that kultur.

With no changes in your list I'd probably choose the deathskullz kultur anyway for the universal 6++, the re-rolls for each unit barring gretchins' ones, and obj sec on stormboyz, big mek, painboy, warboss, weirdboyz and meks.

Thanks for the thoughts!

With time i might be able to implement some of the model changes you suggest.

Thanks to the miracle of the meganob box I could probably switch the kff mega mek to a vanilla one; between that and dropping an oiler I'd have the points to put a rokkit into each boy squad.

It even matches up to the army fluff; the deff skull mega mek looted the warband from the warboss, which is why they all fight under the deathskull style now!!

Flavourful changes with models I already have; perfect!

I would look a way to either up the amount of Stormboyz or replace with something else. Mainly as five of them dont bring in too many hits I feel. They either get dwindled before hitting, or they get to charge but dont bring in enough results before going down.

That's my main point.
