I've recently reaquired my entire Necron collection of a whopping seven miniatures from an old friend and decided to finally get around to painting them, I had an idea for a Dynasty bouncing around in my head and decided to give it a shot.
I was inspired by the army painter in DOW2 which allowed me to easily come up with color schemes. Anyhow, I found that a red/bone combination looked very visually impressive and matched the fluff I came up with in my head.
My only problem is that I can't decide what color to use for the glowing bits. I originally chose a yellow/gold/amber color which did come out nicely, however I'm not sure if I like it because the model seems a bit McDonaldsy. I was thinking maybe changing it to a light green similar to the original Necron glow color? That fits with my fluff as well but I'm just not sure which to choose.
Should I stick with the yellow/gold/amber or switch to a classic light green?
