Can Bjorn Fellhanded take his standard 5+ ignore wound and also roll for the 6+ ignore wound from the warlord traits list if you choose it?

You can only make one roll to ignore each wound. If you have multiple such abilities you can choose which one to use.

Generally named characters are forced to take a specific trait if they are warlord, so I don't know if Bjorn can get that anyway!

You could at the beginning of 8th, however the rulebook received errata to prevent that from happening.

He can't (he's locked to Saga of Majesty), but Sagas (=Space Wolf Warlord Traits) can be turned into auras. And still not affect Bjorn at all since the WLT reads:

SAGA OF THE BEAR
Roll a dice each time a model affected by this saga loses a wound; on a 6, that model does not lose a wound. This saga has no effect on models with a similar ability (e.g. Bjorn the Fell-Handed’s Legendary Tenacity ability).

So you can't even chose to use it over his own FnP save.
