Is it possible, aesthetically, for a weapon to be ambiguous enough to represent any of those 3 options?
I'm thinking staff handle with blunt end (hammer) and blade end (axe) and having purity seals/gold trim/other fanciness.

So you could use it as a TH or Power axe, and while Relic blades are typically swords, nothing prevents them from taking other forms, such as a spear, axe, etc

Any thoughts/suggestion on bit to use?

Eh, I don't think so. You could probably use a Halberd to represent a relic blade or a power axe, but I don't think it would work as a Thunder Hammer.

Thanx, those look like great options. I was think something akin to Thor's Stormbreaker in Avengers Infinity War.
If something can look like either a TH or Power Axe, its easy to them also say it's a Chapter Relic from long age (i.e. a relic blade)
