Haven't seen any anywhere.
What's the verdict? I could always use more terrain but not sure if I need a campaign when I already bought Vigilus and am not sure what to do with that (I don't have a big gaming group)...

I like the rules but for the amount of actual plastic in the box to it's price point, the value is a little thin. You need a lot of tall line of sight blocking terrain for you to take advantage of the system and you really don't get any of that in this box.

I take issue with the text on the website, personally. I know it's all marketing fluff but the claim that the box gives you "everything you need to play thrilling campaigns of city-wide conquest" is so far from the truth it's not even in the same country, possibly continent.
The box seems extremely expensive for what you get and the contents just seems really, really weird given what it's supposed to be for. I'm not sure how a bunch of rubble, pylons and crates is in any way helpful for doing city fights. I know GW are probably trying to sell their terrain kits alongside this box but the whole thing comes across as being quite disingenuous to me. It's a shame, because the rules may actually be pretty decent but the value of the box seems so bad I don't know how much exposure those rules will get.

I also like a lot of the terrain and think it could work pretty good to spice my Kill Team boards. I don't have any interest in the game stuff so the set is pretty much double what I am willing to pay. Still, I figure there is a good chance some of it will make it into future Kill Team faction starters. So I will probably get some of that way if it does.

I haven't been able to justify the purchase, personally.
The terrain is nice, and the unboxing videos I've seen have shown them to be larger than I expected, but I don't need more terrain in my collection right now. The main value to me comes from the book and the map/cards system - if I could buy those separately, I would.

I pretty much snap-no'd as soon as I saw the box contents.
It's a very poor sale.

Bought the box and it feels like they were really pushing that price point. The terrain and objective markers are nice, but could easily be separate kits(and probably sell better on their own) and the rule book could have been its own thing. You get this big plastic thing with pockets to put cards into(to indicate where the campaign is going) and stickers to indicate results and such. Problem is that I have no desire to spread this out at home on a wall so this is at best a FLGS showpiece.
I don't really regret buying the box, but I will say that there is a lot of extra crap in this that will never be used except by a few, and the entire thing could have been about a 30 pound book with some cards. I'll even bet it would have been more appealing that way. However, boxes sell so GW can pull this stunt a few times to get some more money.

I agree completely. I haven't bought it, purely because of the price point. I like the idea and think this is the sort of area GW could do well to expand into, with campaign rules and more detailed rules for different environments. But it falls squarely into the realms of "nice to have" rather than essential purchase so the price point needs to be really competitive or the contents particularly compelling to persuade me to buy. I think this box misses the mark massively on the former and pretty significantly on the latter as, while I wouldn't mind getting my hands on the rules, the "terrain" pieces feel like a complete rip-off.

A part of me was hoping that the terrain pieces would've been larger. They are nice sculpts, but they are just way too small so it begets two problems. They are too uneven to put models on, but too low to be proper LOS blocking terrain.
I imagine they'll be very popular with diorama designers though.

I'm kinda disappointed by what I've seen here. This box was really appealing to me because my area barely ever has any campaigns going on and having a "campaign in a box" seemed like a good idea. But for the price, it doesn't seem like it's really worth it. Like most GW terrain pieces, the ones here look cool but are ultimately useless for actual play.

I pretty much agree with this entirely.

This time it looks like they have assumed that the pretty terrain will sell what is a very thin box for the money. Having said that their new building range is far more expensive than the older ones so I guess the price is in line with that or so. Looked carefully, seen an open box and thought "no, nice terrain bits but nothing I can't live without" and I usually buy pretty much every box they bring out.

Buddy & I went thru the box the other day and while expensive, the total value of the box is almost spot on. The campaign book is really in depth and well put together. Cards and campaign stuff are high quality & use vinyl "window cling" stickers. We've already started working on a campaign setup & are using Points & PL along with restrictions to make this as fluffy as possible. 6 players(along with myself) have already signed up to play.
The only negative (other than $) is that it should have included one of the smaller ruins sets as well.

How does the “fence” models compare to the fence from the Battle for Macragge set, do you know? Cannot seem to find a size comparison anywhere.

Sadly the Macragge box set is one of the few box sets I don't own all the bits from. I did however take a picture of a standard marine captain and a Deathwing terminator next to it for size comparison.

Brilliant! Thank you, Eldarsif! PM me if you have instagram, so I can tag you in image.
Rough size comparison (space marine on 25 mm base?). New fencemodel looks larger than the old one:
