Games Workshop has released a full Competitive Play Kit for Kill Team, complete with 4 boards, a complete set of terrain and rules for fixed mission, procedural and even Team events. A full TO briefing and scoring sheet is included. Owen and I take on the ULTIMA Mission (procedurally generated encounters) as we dive in with new Kill Teams (Death Guard and Tau).

Great vid, thanks!

Have the rules been changed / updated since the Rogue Trader rules, or are they the same (but just with 'extra' stuff)?

For example, there were a few times when people opened doors then moved. Has that changed, or was that just a mistake?

Have you played through the various boards? Do they play significantly different to each other?

Overall, I was interested in this, but with the multiple boards, I think this is a clear purchase now

These look like the 'objective cards' used at Kill Team: Annihilaton at Warhammer World last year.

They are AMAZINGLY good fun, and getting a board, some terrain, and a good 'balanced pickup' set of missions sounds great (especially since it's 'printed walls' so you don't have to carry too much terrain like you would with most killzones).

Termagants expended for the Hive Mind: ~2835

Opening doors and then moving is still not allowed but there are a couple of small changes to the rules around visibility and doors.
