Has anyone seen a size comparison between the “fence” models of Urban Conquest and the Battle of Macragge?

I reckon the newer fence models are taller, but have yet to see a direct size comparison.

Thanks to the brilliant Eldarsif, who provided the pic of the new fence, I have been able to put together this rough size comparison. Has anyone seen a better size comparison available for me to look at?

Eldarsif PM me if you have instagram, so I can tag you in image.

Rough size comparison (space marine on 25 mm base?). New fencemodel looks larger than the old one:

It does look larger, plus some of the details are changed- the generator protusion thingies on the side jut out further on the new model, and the top of the main stand is extended too. The stand looks to be wider.

Obviously the base is different too- the new one is utilising the power packs found in a lot of the new terrain kit designs, especially the Ryza-pattern ruins.

The new text reads 25 instead of 28. I don't know what the significance of that is Perhaps it is a Mk25 containment field generator, rather than a Mk28? That would be a simple fluff explanation for the different designs.

Good observations! The increase in size was called for. The old models are on the smaller side of things - doesn’t really give the impression of an unbreachable barrier.

Not just terrain - those are standard Imperial "heavy" power packs, and you'll see them on just about every Astra Militarum vehicle with a heavy laser weapon (the Sentinel has the option of a bank of three for the multilaser or a single larger pack for the lascannon, but the Vendetta and Vulture lascannons use multiples of that power pack). Quite a cool feature across the range, IMO.
