Can Nephrek destroyers move then advance becoming 16" movement, and still shoot because of there special rule allowing them to not suffer penalties to moving and shooting? Cheers

Sautekh destroyers can still shoot after advancing (with -1 to hit), because their weapons turn to the assault type, when they advance. Nephrekh destroyers cant.
