Can a Repulsor transport Inceptors? It can transport Mark X Gravis and both Aggressors and Inceptors are clad in it and I can´t find anything against it.

It's all based on the keywords.
Note that the Repulsor says it cannot transport JUMP PACK models. Inceptors have the JUMP PACK keyword. Therefore a Repulsor cannot transport Inceptors.
