Just in case people hadn't seen. Tickets are only on sale for March events and earlier to date.
No event pack out but given the "Arena" subtitle - which is supposedly designed for competitive play - I'm going to assume having the Arena expansion is compulsory to play.
It'll be interesting to see if they allow commanders as a choice, though.

I can tell you that none of the arena missions permit commanders. Since sticking with the basic format would make sense for the first event to use it I'm going to guess, no.
