Yes. As is the battalion doesn't have the Ynnari keyword.

If you want to keep that list, it's probably best to find points for a min sized troop unit, and put it with Yvraine in an Ynnari patrol detachment, along with the big unit of DR and the SS, while keeping all the other units in a separate CWE detachment.
CH have no use for the Ynnari keyword, and guardians have little use for it, especially without the Yncarne.
