General Tactics: Be up close and personal. The Intercessor should be the only dedicated backfield unit, although there will be 2 Teleport homers in my DZ in case they need a bit of help in a later turn. But the Homers can also be used, in addition to the Beacon, to refuse flank. So there are plenty of movement tools.
Ideally, however, I would want to either Advance with the Beacon Captain, or drop in from Reserves, and pull the 2 Frag Cannon unit to him, getting them in 12" of their target and setting up for a nasty overwatch/ fallback and shoot The Custodes provide some anti-tank with their Melta Missiles and Melee. But for the most part, the Hammers in various units are there for vehicle targets. The bulk of the shooting should be to shred non-vehicles.
I could swap the single Frag Cannons for Missile Launchers for some turn 1 ranged anti-tank, but it wouldn't be as fun or rewarding. Frag Cannons just seem really awesome, it tricky to optimize.
Thoughts?

But how does that work? I'd have to give up 1 Atk with the clearly superior Lance just to use the Misericordia, which would then get 2 Atks. Right?
So 4 Lance attacks and 2 super kinife attacks?

If I had the extra points, sure, but I don't.
The Misericordia states: Each time the bearer fights it can make 1 additional attack with this weapon, unless it is also equipped with a storm shield.'
So it is pretty much paying 4 points for a better chainsword.
Thus, you get your full compliment of lance attacks (from your statement, 5) and a free super knife stabbing.
To free up points, you could switch 1 Salvo Launcher for a Hurricane bolter.
Should free up enough points to equip all 3 of them with the knives, plus enough left over to put another storm shield somewhere?
Though it does lose some versatility.

Yeah, I see what you mean on the wording. You don't have to allocate one of his 5 atks to use the knife, the knife just gives an extra attack with its own profile.
But I'm afraid it's a no-go on swapping the Salvo Launchers for Hurricane Bolters. The Deathwatch portion of my list is woefully short on range anti-tank, but has SIA Bolter shots for days. So while in isolation, the HBs on the Shield Caps makes sense, they seem kinds redundant and unneeded in my list, while the Melta Missile profile of the Salvo Launcher brings something to the list that is needed.
At any rate, this list is going to be fun to build and paint. I'm basing it around the idea of being a Successor Chapter of Loyalist Alpha Legion. They are "officially" UM Successors and have access to some of the best wargear due to their circumstances of their creation and covert tactics. Their icon will be the UM symbol upside down and they will be called the Omega Hammers, or something with Omega in the title
I actually using GK models (for the Stormbolters, Interceptor packs for Vanguard Vets & Psilencers as Frag Cannons) and AoS Stormcast Eternal Liberators (for the shields and for Characters). The paint scheme will be mostly Black & Silver (per DW standard) but instead of each model being from a different Chapter, they will all have metallic blue-green shoulders and tabards Even the Custodes will share this scheme (with plenty of gold details, of course)

Thought getting of the hurricane bolters was odd, but I sort of understand the thought process behind it too.
If you dropped the Intercessors and took another 5 man of Vets, and just gave them all SS and no SB it would be 85 points, giving them a 3++ and giving you points to throw a knife on a jetbike captain.
Makes it 10 wounds on a 3+ vs 5 wounds on a 3++.
The AoS shields you referenced, do they fit well?
I need more myself and was thinking about using the VV shields or terminator shields.

Well, I already have the Intercessors, which is why they are in the list to begin with. But given how "in your face" I plan the rest of the list to be, having a unit with no guns just with SS doesn't really add anything for me. The Intercessors make decent back field objective holders that should also be near a Teleport Homer, preventing enemies from dropping within 9" of them. Then I can use them to bring a StormVet unit near to assist if needed

I'm still waiting on them in the mail. But I'll make them fit. My issue is that they are left handed and so are the GKSBs, so I'm gonna have to make the shields right handed.

List update:
I've realized Lord of Hidden Knowledge is a far better WL trait than Vigilance Incarnate, so that's what my WM will have.
I also equipped 2 Bolt Pistols for the VV in my Frag Cannon unit. Since that unit will get getting up close very quickly, it made more sense to give it more SIA shots. It also looks cooler IMO
