I have been using lipstick multi tier stands. I got them off of amazon and they are the perfect size to hold the paint pots.

The new paint pot holder is a great way to do it. I do wish they had different heights on the legs. It does hold the paint very well and is what I use to transport paint to flgs/gw.

Now all I need is a similar thing for Tamiya.

Search on ebay/amazon for acrylic nail polish racks. They are about $30 shipped for wall mounted rack that holds around 90 paints. I have 4 of them, they are great.

I'd echo this. I wasn't interested in the new GW racks, but my Mum bought me two for Christmas and I'm very impressed with them. They're amazingly space-efficient. You get like 42 paints in the two racks you get in a box, and they take up hardly any space. Quite cheap, too. I went back and bought two more boxes, and have replaced all my old wooden racks with them. My only issue with them is that if anything they hold the paints a little too tightly, so wrestling them out sometimes feels like I'm going to send the whole row of racks flying.

I've taken advantage of the extra space on my desk by greatly increasing my collection of Vallejo and Scalecolor paints, so I still don't have much room to actually paint.

Also search Etsy. I got a great laser cut rack a few years ago.

I got one of these. $10 US and they do the job beautifully, and I'm sure they will deliver to you up North.
