Can i use some action that i may use only in movement phase after DS (at the end of movement phase)

Question about XV-109 Y'vahra nova reactor:
In your Movement phase, you can choose to use the XV109 Y'vahra Battlesuit's nova reactor. If you do so, this model suffers 1 mortal wound


SO the question is: Can i activate Nova reactor after DS (which states in the movement phase does it's counts as movement phase or little bit too late)?

You deepstrike at the end of your movement phase, when the phase is over. You can't use anything that is done in the movement phase anymore.

So it's more like that:
Q: If I set up a unit on the battlefield as reinforcements at the
end of my Movement phase, can I then use any Stratagems that
are used ‘during your Movement phase’?
A: No, unless the Stratagem specifically says otherwise.
