I was reading one of the short stories involving the Shadow Crusade (might be titled "Butcher's Nails") where Angron and Lorgar are attacked by Dark Eldar trying to assassinate Angron and they bond while butchering the xenos. At the end, Lorgar asks Angron if he's ever been aboard Curze's flagship, and then says the Deldar's throne room/command station/something looks almost exactly like Curze's personal quarters.

Is there a story that mentions when Lorgar visited Nightfall and Konrad?

I don't think it's in any of the stories. It's probably just a description to give a little head nod to how the night lords tendencies.

In the Night Lord omnibus by ADB it describes Kurze's thrown room floor being adorned with screaming faces i.e. still alive people cognizant of their agony.

Sounds DE to me.

I've always thought NIght Lords were discount Dark Eldar. They do the same thing but for different reasons and the Dark Eldar are better at it.
