The general idea is to infiltrate a sorcere with tje zerkers, casting diabolic strenght and warp time on them so thwy can make a good charge soon enough in the game. Thw lord and the other sorcerer babysit the havocs, using prescience on them depending of my main target. The Prince and bijers are there to seize objectives quickly. The cultists are there to shield the havocs.

The list looks good to me except I'm not sure about footslogging zerkers even with warptime. If I were you I'd take 2 rhinos and drop one squad of havocs. The Rhino is cheap tough and can soak overwatch for your zerkers.

If you drop the heavy bolter or auto cannon havocs you can take 2 rhinos and one extra zerker. With the bikers and zerkers you have loads of anti infantry.

Also diabolic strength only works on one model not a unit. Although your daemon prince is still a good target for this. For one CP you could take the blade of the hydra on your lord it will make him much more dangerous.
