There isnt a generic "deepstrike" rule anymore. Any deployment shenanigans will be found on an individual units datasheet.
If its the tournament play "no first turn outrside of own deployment zone" thing you are looking for I beleive its in the big faq.

And the current Beta Rule in testing is no "Deepstriking" Turn 1, period.

There is no such thing as Deep Striking in 8th. It's all laid out on the individual units datasheet.

There is a beta Matched Play rule that adds extra restrictions on top of that (like how there is a Matched Play rule that adds restrictions on to Psychic powers) that can be found in the BIG FAQ 2 - REVISION 1.
