Parts that could be done better: the blending of the colors in the hourglass, once finished it could use a coat of brush on gloss varnish.
Parts that stands out: basing looks fantastic, the snow on winter grass/tombstones is spot on.
Parts I would do differently: I would paint the base rims from rhinox hide to steel legion drab and keep it clean and smooth of any loose sand. I would also do the blades a ethereal green glow effect rather than the dull rust look.
