You could run this list as is but if you want to wait until new oblitorators come out (March 5th I think). You could run this list:

I think it would run well with terminator sorcerer dropping in with oblits turn 2. You would have 2 battalions which would give you 13 CP to play with for veterans of the long war, endless Cacophony, chaos familiar and tide of traitors.
