Still got a lot of work to do, but here is a Proof or Concept for the scheme:

The Librarian (far left) and Vanguard Vet (far right) use specialized warp-jump packs similar to those used by Grey Knights. The Watchmaster (center) and the Shield-Captain on jetbike are some of the few members of the chapter that know their true origins.

Fluff-wise these are a Successor Chapter of loyalist Alpha Legion. "Officially" they claim to be Ultramarines successors and will be using the UM icon upside-down (Omega symbol)
Rules-wise they will be Deathwatch to represent the level of wargear they have meticulously preserved/acquired through the millennia since the Heresy.
Their Xenos-hate stems from them blaming the Kabal for persuading Alpharis/Omegon turning traitor.

Cool style/color. Only thing I'd really suggest is another accent color or maybe a stronger brown for the leather... something to break up the black just a little more.

Where are the scale loin cloths from?

Thanks. The main bodies are from AoS Liberators. So that's where the loincloth is from. Most of my Vets will be made from GKs, however, with the Liberators shields.

As for the accent color, I agree they will look better once I have more of the leather painted. Although I may also paint the bolt weapons with dark red casings a la the standard DW scheme. Not sure yet

Oh, I'm not used to the line; didn't recognize that that part was stock. And if you're going for a casing color, I think a rusty orange-brown will look nice with the teal, if you want to get all color theory on your army.

That's not bad. I think maybe a dark Bronze would work too. Almost like a metallic version of the leather bits

I don't want to deviate too much from the standard DW scheme since that is what these will be used for in-game. So too many colors are going to clash with that goal.
I think black for the majority of armour, silver accents for any icon/trim, dark brown leather, dark bronze weapon casing and red eye lenses
The chapter color will be metallic teal and be on the shoulders, shields and any loincloths
