Apart from the new oblits rules and sheet, does epidemius gets buffed by oblits kills due to them being Daemons and nurgle if you mark them?
Also do oblits get epidemius buffs?

Yes to both. As it's worded as NURGLE DAEMONS and not nurgle daemons. All you have to do is have both the nurgle and daemon keyword, marks give you that keyword. It also works for buffs from heralds, demonic loci etc.
