Final ultra list, i'll test run this one at some point.

Ultramarines SCD

Gulliman
Tiggy
Telion
Techmarine on a bike/w harness, bolter, power maul

Redemptor Dread/w Double onslaught, double storm bolter

Ultramarines Spearhead

Chronos in a dakka pred

2 more dakka preds

2 relic leviathan dreads/w double storm cannon array

You also have 86 points of reserve for an assassin of some type.

Gives you 8 CP with Gman as your warlord and he gets back CP on a 5+ so you effectively have 11 CP. Use one for the assassin. Have CP for killshot. Have CP for rerolling saves on your levi's.

I'd deploy the preds out of LOS so that you get one round of killshot with chronos. Hitting on 3's with reroll 1's should be good enough. Levi's and redemptor up front due to short range and should always be moving up (unless your opponent comes to you).

Woah.... thats... interesting.

I get its a tourney army, but for how often the average player games, I feel i'd want more fun aspects in my list?

You may find you struggle horribly to hold ground. But would LOVE kill point games. You have 10 models on the field, and while they pack firepower, there is little to screen your characters or hold deep strikers at bay. If a predator dies, you won't be able to killshot any more. Each Leviathan is an efficient, but hefty investment.

Depends on the intended level of play i guess?

Yep, no screens, but a ton of dakka you cannot lock down easily. Reliable DPS on even knights and fairly hard to take down.

If up againgst orks or GSC for example, you take an eversor assassin to mow down loads of them. If up againgst eldar a vindicare can snipe out warlocks/farseers.

AM wont do any damage unless they are spamming LRBT's and Basalisks, in which case your assassin will deep strike in to disrupt while you charge forward to unload with your stuff.

It's definitely not perfect, but its more mobile than you would think. After turn 2 and one of your preds is dead you use the other two to score objectives with their decent movement.

The tanks are very easy to lock down. Sadly, space marine vehicles don't have chapter tactics, so if they get tagged they have to fall back and lose a turn of shooting. You might be better served with more drednaughts if thats the route you'd like to take?
