Community painting.

One person organizes a few like-minded individuals into an assembly line of sorts. Each person contributes to the best of their ability. For example, one person is good at smooth base coats, another at shading, another at drybrushing. Someone has a steady hand, so they pick out the fine details. When you’re done, you pass the model down the line.

By working together, each painter winds up with better models than they could paint by themselves.
