Why's there no option to start a new topic in Dakka Polls? Is that forum being grandfathered out?
I have a question about how many people have NOT disabled signatures in their settings, where do I ask it? Searching for 'signatures' in Dakka Polls turned up no results.

You can create threads with polls that do just as well ( no in long term ) with getting votes so makes you wonder why you cant create one in poll section also.

As is explained in the stickied post I quoted above it is because the polls in their own forum go to dakka's homepage and thus need to be vetted to make sure nonsense doesn't end up there.
