Hey all, want to start a daemons army as my second 40k army, want something that’s a little competitive whilst still playing something thematic, Heres my list so far, would love to hear from more experienced competitive players on how this list could be improved.

* Your plaguebearers should have a banner if you are running with Sloopity. I usually throw an instrument for 10 points, as it gives a lot of value for that cost.

* I think your GUO is a bit overpriced. Go with more of a bare bones version to save a few points. It should clock in at about 285. IMHO the named GUO is just better.

* Why are you bringing CSM? What value are they adding to your list? You might want to wait until the new vigilias book drops, as rumor has it that you can take the 'spikey 17' for 8 CPs.

* If you are taking a Khorne prince, look at the relic axe for him. It's bonkers good in his hands.

* Skarbrand is very situational. His ability to keep units from running away is just great, but he's going to be shot to pieces as the first big target by any list.

* Are you going to make your bloodletters a bloodletter bomb?

Here are some other general questions.

* What format of game will you be playing? ITC, ETC, book?

* What units do you have to be your objective holders

* What units do you have that can kill stuff? How about at long range?

* How are you going to handle a knight army?

Ask yourself these kinds of questions. It will help you tweak to exactly what you want.
