I plan on running the new chaingun with my Havocs, but they are not on battle scribe yet, but they are the same points as the missile launcher, so I put an extra one on the units just to make the points accurate.

Please, anyone?

I'm waiting on Vigilus book to get a better idea on what to run. Might be why you don't have many responses yet. Give it until end of weekend.

Whats your plan against Tau? Either with your missile launchers or reaper chaincannon?


Lets say they set up 30.5" away, and have two riptides, and field some sheild drones (which nullify the awesomeness of missile launchers), and at 30.5" away it would also make a mockery of reaper chaincannons.

I saw another CSM list Red Corsairs... same thing, wanting to hamstring itself with 24" range and no answer to armies that can sit back at 30.5" on turn 1 (in case they are 2nd player)


I wish I had helpful advice, but I saw a sneak of the Vigilus book and it didn't inspire me if I had to play against Tau.
