Trying find a way to make this list relatively competitive. I could swap the atrapos for a Dominus or other normal knight. I also am not sure how to properly play the nurgle element of the force. Any help would be appreciated!

That renegade knight is going to be targeted by every anti-tank weapon in the game. Can it survive that incoming fire?

It looks like your plan is to walk a carpet of plaguebearers onto your opponent. That's not a bad idea.

Personally I think you could drop the cultists. Plaguebearers just do that same job, only better.

Thanks for the reply I appreciate it. Yea I’m hoping it will hold out better than my castellan. Mainly because it can have a 3++ for 1cp. I’ve onky taken the cultists to have another 5cp battalion really...and for a deathguard prince with the plate and 4+ fnp trait. My plan was to use the cp to drops lots of the plague bearers down with characters (maybe one squad and 2 characters). The atrapos is there to hunt big game and to draw as you said every gun pointing at it.

What kind of missions will you be playing? ITC, ETC, Book?

What is your plan to handle a horde army? How do you handle the 90 orks, 60 grots, and 25 lootas?

What are your plans to handle a AM castellan list?

How do you plan on handling imperial/GSC snipers? They will remove your 'bearer support quickly.

I'm asking these questions to get you to think about your list.

this is a pretty decent list i tested for ETC finals in april (now i switched with TS+nurgle) but i guess you play ITC so unsure can fit that format, in ETC it's a strong list (format largely based on board control). I prefer play TS with nurgle but if you need/like some long range firepower better 3 helverins than a single IK. Almost 120 Pb's grants the board control you need and keep at bay every horde you meet, very few horsed can chew through all those bodies,u just need to plan carefully where and how move them, trying to give ur opponent a wall of 30 pb's with -2 to be hit and 4++ inv. Don't bother too much of assassins they have hard times rid of Nurgle characters and when/if they do in the meanwhile you will have table control, castellan cant hurt ur list a lot (too much bodies), this list focuse MAINLY on objectives, so that woild be your way to win 90% of your games.
