So do the Judgements act like endless spells in the fact that both players get to move them? Cause I noticed on the wrath axe it specially says the person who set it up moves it each turn.

Only the controlling player gets to. They’re way more powerful than endless spells.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

They are 'safe' versions of predatory spells, but the effects are on par with what other endless spells do. Of course given that the majority of the time they will be gone by the end of the round it is often not going to factor in anyways.
