Hey could someone find me what exactly the fly keyword says and the rule about vehicles not being able to enter buildings yes I understand flyers can go over the terrain as if they are not there I just want the rules specifically as I cannot find them. Thank you in advanced!

The rules regarding FLY are in the movement phase rules.

If by buildings you mean ruins, they are in the Advanced Rules section under terrain. Actual "Buildings" in 40k are essentially immobile transports.

Some fortifications allow units to 'embark' within them as if they were a transport. The type of units that are permitted to 'embark' are specifically stated on the fortification's data sheet. Typically only infantry are allowed.

No book on me but if memory serves me right. Flyers can move over terrain and even land on impassable terrain aslong as the model can physically be placed there. It just cannot end it's movement within 1 inch of models.
