So I'm painting up some blood angels, and I want to give at least a couple of them the golden blond hair of their primarch. What do you guys recommend for getting that look?

I'd mix a little yellow into a khaki colour, shade with a fleshtone, or a purple glaze if you're feeling experimental, then highlight with your base mixed with white.

A thinned-out brown wash goes a long way to make the highlights stand out even more as well.

Brown to Buff to Ivory something like that. Don't use yellow paint.

I put just a drop of yellow into the ivory, not enough to colour it, but just warms the colour up.

Speaking VMC also colors like Brown Sand, Dark Sand, Iraqi Sand, Pale Sand all can be handy depending on tone you want.
