Subject: Lieutenant Amulius - what unit does he go with?

I got the Lieutenant Amulius at Adepticon and I was can't find him on Battlescribe. What unit can I add him to or is he a solo? I have Space Wolves, can he be added to it in some way or do I have to have him in a separate detachment?

He's a Primaris Lieutenant with bolt pistol and power sword. For you, would he count as a Primaris Wolf Guard Battle Leader?
