Not Sure if this post belongs here but admins feel free to move it if needs be. but i was just wondering if anyone knows of a company either in UK or Europe that makes custom dice for wargames, for example iv seen some pretty nice looking black templar and tau themed dice floating around the internet and i was wondering where i could source some for my own armies. thanks for the help

Contact Chessex directly, you'll be speaking with Joseph Kogin who handles their personal dice.
30x 16mm dice with a 'six' logo will cost you around $30-34 shipped within the US. ($0.75 per die...and they unfortunately use obnoxiously expensive UPS shipping at $12-14).
Email them and request a list of currently available dice, google the colours you think sound good - send him non-IP infringing art. Something simple is good and he'll do up a test print and send you pictures. Confim if you like it or not and he'll send you a Paypal invoice.

Yes, they won't do any common and registered icons from GW. They have done some in the past but have stopped doing so. They can do "look alike" stuff if you want to bash up your own art to look similar. I made some Dark Angel dice for a buddy which were made from an alternate winged sword piece of art.
My Eldar dice use my own custom rune designed for my own Craftworld, so I was able to skip any issues.
