Or maybe a HQ with command squad + a 5 man squad/vet squad if you've got 2 of the great coat guy.

the com guy seem to have a russian tanker helm phone on. So either he is being build with parts of a historical model or a Lemman Russ commander.

Leman Russ commander for sure, it has a microphone and antenna.
