Concept is cool but I think there is still a lot of work to do on the execution. The quality of the sculpts is a little poor and I would try to maybe improve in this area. Good luck!

Cutting stuff up and bunging it back together in new and interesting ways.

Under the couch

The googly-eye painting doesn't do them any favors, but the sculpts mostly look OK. Hands and feet are a little rough, and the spanner guy and arms outstretched guy look dodgy. The others are cool.

Central Cimmeria

Yeah with some work on the hands and feet, and the removal of the wrist sci-fi things I'd probably back this.
The wrench guy needs more substantial work.

Your Gorilla eyes …. flatten the bulging eyes, and drop them into the cranial ridge. use a small pen or dental tool to put an inserted iris into the eye, as you either use an X acto blade to remove the putty curvature of the eye.

Your body is a little too long, and needs to hunch forward, as an Ape/ Primate. Remember, the upper body is heavyer, which leads to leaning forward on knuckle/claw.

I can see what you did with the hands, but the issue comes as that they are not primate hands.- chip off about half of that greenstuff/putty, and drop the thumb back. bob off about a quarter of the greenstuff on the feet, and go back to your source material for the primate feet.

Small, vary small improvements to recommend to you, but overall a great first effort!

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.

I do want a space ape army someday. I don't mind them looking a bit alien, but the limbs could look a bit more natural.

Here's a better photo of the group. I think they paint up pretty well
