Hello. I would like to ask for some advice. I have an AM army and faced trouble with custodes on bikes and vulfens. They both have 3+ invule, moreover custs on bikes have 6T. What is the best way to punish them?

Double tapping punisher Cannons come to mind.
Rate of fire = failed saves eventually. Ideally you’re looking to spam Autocannons maybe? S7 gives you the 3+ to wound. You’re doing multiple damage (I assume Custodes have multiple wounds) and the -1 AP takes them from 2+ to the 3++.
Manticores are another good source of mediocre AP, but lots of shots and 3+ to wound, multi-damage.
Plasma is a bit overkill, but still does good work.

Autocannons would also be a good choice, as they also deal 2 damage in top of wounding on 3+.

Yep. Autocannons are pretty darn good.
From allies helverins are even better vs custodians as they have flat damage 3=dead custodian per shot.
Basically just throw numbers at them. Orks munch through them by simply throwing 120+ dice at them. Same goes with IG. Simple lasgun can also be surprisingly threatening when they fire 4 times per guy.

Stealthy Warhound Titan Princeps
|
Leman russ tank commanders, Hellhounds, bullgryns, primaris psykers for smite, allied Knights for Helverins or Crusaders, allied AdMech with Wrath of Mars stratagem for mortal wound spam would be my first guesses

The relic battle cannon on russ commander would be nasty. Flat 3 means dead custodian per fail. Vs reqular battle cannon that takes anything from 1 to 3

Only two captains can get a 3++, if both use a Relic.

Wyverns have a 2cp ability to re-roll hits, and natively reroll wounds. That and smite are my first thoughts
