Not a bad list.
A Deceiver could be useful. He could bring your Immortals in round 1 into a better position. Its better to bring all weapons to bear if possible.

The deceiver is good but I'm not keen on named characters. Plus necrons are points heavy I cant afford him without compromising the effectiveness of other parts of the list.
I dont have all the models yet but I'm hoping to do some tournaments soon.

Effectiveness of the other parts of the list?
Well, if some of your Immortal units don't bring their shooting to bear for one or more rounds, then your army will not be really effective.
The Deceiver can bring your Immortals forward into position so that all your units can shoot in round one.

Imotekh can do two MWBD for free, and he gives 1CP, if he is your warlord, and he can bring back command points. He is well worth the additional points over an overlord when you play sautekh.
I am not a fan of the deceiver. D3 roll is unreliable. He is pricey. You need to reduce your army somewhere else to pay for him. His redeploy ability is not as good when you dont get first turn. You cant charge after redeploying, and you need to be more than 12" away, which reduces the effectiveness of 24" rapid fire weapons (not a problem for tesla). The deceiver himself cant get WLT or relics.

I think the Tombblade are better armed with Gauss than Tesla. They can fly, have T5 and natural -1 to be hit, So it had much better survivability than 2 Immortals slammed together, hence they won't worry of going close (12" for example) to enemy.
On the other hand, the best combo with Tesla (MWBD) don't work on Jetbike units.
