Greetings

I just recently picked up on warhammer again.
After my Automatas lain dormant for a few years I decided to finally paint them and possibly start a whole army of martian machines.

I wanted my robots to look like alien machines. My first thallax turned out just as I imagined.

The problem I have now is I need an opinion with my first Castellax.

I'm not at all satisfied with his left shoulderpad. There is something about it that just doesn't feel right.
Is it too much white?

So I'm asking you about honest opinions.
What do you guys think?

Thanks and have a great day!

I think it looks good. I generally don't do pure white though. I usually use a slightly off-white then brush a brown-wash like agrax earthshade over it to get a dirtied-up or slightly rusted look. Really more of a preference though. It looks fine with white.
