[2000 and now 1500] - Red corsairs - revised lists 2k and for next game @1.5k, dakka's approval?

other than that, that is a surprising ammount of PA; which will get annoying to deal with fast:

Probably get rid of the DA and add some more Heavy weapons and bodies to the smaller squads?

Field another squad entirely?

Maybee add a cultists blob instead for even more recycling shenanigans instead, that would be 20 additional recyclable fast moving bodies.

DA could be swapped to another 2x RCC marine squad. I prefer marines for the extra CP red corsair batallion provides. I assume you get additional +3 cp for both of those batallions.

You don't lose anything if you replace the da with 20 cultists in regards to cp, you realize that?

Hey, just to mention, is that cp calculation correct? You'll have;
- +8 for each battalion
- battle forged for +3
- huron as a warlord for +1

With total of 20cp (-3 for relics, -1 for special detachment)

Renegades/red corsairs get a free additional relic. So with three relics it's -1cp from "2nd relic", but could easily drop the discordants relic to have only two and no minuses.

it's time to test this recycling more in action. My next game is just around the corner and at 1500 points.

I want an all-comers list so what do you think, enough CP to recycle those semi-potent marine squads when they show up along with endless cacophony?

Huron - prescience - warlord (+1CP)
Lord Discordant - autocannon - Mark of Khorne - Talisman of Burning Heart

10x chaos space marines - 2x reaper chaincannon - Mark of Slaashnez
10x chaos space marines - 2x autocannon - Mark of Slaashnez
10x chaos space marines - 2x lascannon - Mark of Slaashnez

Chaos rhino + 2x combi-bolter (this is for reaper havocs and chaos lord most likely)

Red Corsair (or could this be something else?) Devastation Battery Spearhead (+0 CP)

Chaos Lord + thunder hammer + plasma pistol - The Daemon's eye (2nd relic is free because of being Red Corsair)

Havocs + 4x reaper chaincannon + Mark of Slaashnez
Havocs + 4x autocannon + Mark of Slaashnez (should I replace this as Dark Apostle with two dark disciples, the same points? I would still get a spearhead.)
Havocs + 4x lascannon + Mark of Slaashnez
Venom crawler + Mark of Khorne

Total of 1499 points. Total of 12 CP.
