So i'm looking to build a model for an evil character i partially made for my current Pathfinder campaign. I've got a decent idea of what i want it to look like, just don't have the knowledge to find the bits i need. Let me start with a little background and then ill go into what i plan so far.

This was originally one of my player's characters, but the player found out he didn't like it. He is a monster hunter with a great sword and half plate armor. so the player had already told me he wanted a new character and i was thinking up ways to get rid of his current character, the player couldn't make it to the game and the party ran into a gelatinous cube. they slung some low level spells at it and then ran, but Mr. monster hunter didn't run, why would he run from a cool new monster? Later on the party returned to kill the cube and found blood stains and the melted sword of their friend, the end.

now this character escaped, losing the flesh from his arm, part of his face, and maybe more ( still not 100 percent certain). after escaping he found divine ways to hold himself together( read necromancy) and trained to master the new powers that kept him alive. this encounter changed his perspective, and might have warped his mind, he still hunters monsters, but now he thinks adventures are the true monsters. This is where my party will find him, after he summons some minions and takes over a goblin hideout he had cleared with the party, luring in adventurers with tales of his evil.

story time over, now this is what im after, a human sized( pathfinder/d&d scale) mini with a partially skeletal body, heavy armor, a cloak, and a two handed sword. so far my idea is to use a bladegheist revenant as the torso and some sort of legs/body, maybe DE wyches or kabalite warriors. im still not sure if the scale is close enough to work or not, cant seem to find any pictures with anything i can accurately gage it off. also im completely lost on the head, the one on the revenants might work with some greenstuff sculpting though. my original plan was to use the keldrek knight of shrouds, but im not sure about the scale and i hate the helmet haha.
