So I'm making some Custodes got the srpayed with Tamiya gold and they might be too shiny, but I was inspired by this image of a Custodes on a mountain are there any premade or basing kits to do snowy mountains like this

I’ve not seen any but you could easily make rocks with styrofoam and snow flock, or use large chunks of slate with snow flock

You arobably want more of a deep snow look, where the base is covered with flock. A lot of winter bases are churned slushy battlefields. Some arctic tufts and rocks scattered around will give you the effect you are looking for. Heros could be based on chunks of foam/cork/whatever for the standing on a cliff kind of look.
