Hiya gang...! I finished my buddies salvage job of this tau riptide. I included a pic (at the end) of the original state. I painted directly over it, didnt reprime or strip, i just airbrushed a solid base over the entirety of it and went from there. I was skeptical of it at first but once i rebased it, it felt like it was my own canvas and the real issue was only that it was prebuilt so i did most of the white with the hand brush instead of an airbrush. Either way im pleased with the final result as it wasnt the easiest or most convenient paintjob. all WIP is on my IG @beboppaints:
