Are you willing to use index units? If so KMB koptas are cheaper. I wouldn't bother with two+ rokkits in units since you are only able to reroll one of them. Not really a fan of burnas. I'd look at tank bustas instead.
If index is cool then a warboss on bike with relic klaw is a solid no brainer choice.
